Bri earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2015. After graduation, she left her hometown of Howell, New Jersey to begin her physical therapy career in Austin, Texas. It was there she gained experience in outpatient orthopedics, home health, and inpatient rehabilitation.
Bri moved to Denver to focus on outpatient orthopedics, but uses her experience from the entire continuum of care for all of her patients. She believes treating the “whole person” is the key to positive outcomes. Brianna specializes in balance training, muscle imbalances, and movement impairments.
In her spare time, Bri can be found biking the Cherry Creek Trail, hiking and skiing the Rockies. She also has a passion for traveling and experiencing new places.
Kara received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and has worked in a variety of fields including social work, real estate, and as a medical assistant in dermatology for over 7 years. She started at Mile High in January 2017 and enjoys making patients feel welcome and cared for.
Kara is originally from the Chicago area and moved to Phoenix in 2007. She relocated to Colorado in the summer of 2016 with her husband who began dental school at the University of Colorado.
In her free time, Kara enjoys taking advantage of all the hiking around Denver and loves experiencing seasons again. Her miniature Australian Shepard, Max, enjoys the hikes, as well as the snow! Kara’s goal is to learn how to ski while here in Colorado.
