Dr. Paden Wolfe
Denver Physical Therapist DPT, MSPT, CFDN
Paden opened Mile High Physical Therapy in 2001 and has since helped thousands of clients regain their confidence and independence. A former graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology, he went on to earn his master’s degree and doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University. Paden specializes in back and neck disorders, post-operative rehabilitation and health/wellness. He also holds a Level 2 Certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling.
In his free time, Paden enjoys running with his wife, mountain biking, obstacle races (3x Tough Mudder/Spartan racer) and spending time with his three children.
Fun Fact: Paden is a Four Time World Champion in full contact, bare knuckles karate. Over the course of his distinguished 25+ year martial arts career, Paden also earned the rank of a fourth degree black belt in Enshin Karate, as well as a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Dr. Brittney Meldahl
Denver Physical Therapist PT, DPT
Brittney attended Texas A&M and Montana State University for her undergraduate career and moved to Denver three years ago to attend Regis University. She graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis in 2015.
Brittney has worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities and enjoys helping older adults with balance dysfunction. Her specialties include musculoskeletal pain, impaired movement and function, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Outside of the office, Brittney enjoys rooting for the Aggies and Broncos, exploring Denver with her husband, and all the hiking Colorado has to offer.
Ally received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University in 2012 and is currently preparing to go back to school to become a Physician Assistant. She has been with Mile High Physical Therapy for nearly two years, keeping the office running smoothly and making sure patients and visitors feel welcome, comfortable and happy.
As a Kansas City native, Ally does her best to take advantage of all that makes Colorado such a wonderful place to live. During the summer months, she enjoys adventuring through the hills with her 4-year-old Australian Kelpie named Mira. In the winter, Ally spends the majority of her free time snowboarding at Keystone Resort. She also enjoys camping, reading, and yoga.
Fun Fact: Ally was a collegiate cheerleader and occasionally does back flips in public, just because she can.
